At the DTC, we’re not just about ideas – we’re about turning ideas into reality with a top-notch workforce. We partner with local universities and workforce development organizations to make it happen, connecting industry leaders with eager students through co-op programs, internships, and part-time gigs. But we’re not stopping there. With strong collaboration with Ohio University and their well-equipped Digital Enterprise Collaboratory – now located at the DTC and freshly updated, we’re also upskilling the existing workforce of our member organizations, ensuring they’re ready for the digital future. With hands-on digital engineering work and training, we’re crafting career pathways in a dynamic work-and-learn environment!

The DTC is proud to house the Digital Enterprise Collaboratory (DEC), powered by Ohio University. The DEC offers industry members, students, and government access to a suite of digital engineering software and tools, including state-of-the-art AR/VR equipment. We host regular trainings and workshops to ensure everyone can learn and utilize these essential tools for advancing their digital transformation initiatives. The DEC’s goal is to empower the workforce of both today and tomorrow by removing costly barriers and long lead times, fostering a seamless environment for innovation and development.

With our staff handling logistics, members can host events to showcase their capabilities, academic partners can lead workshops, trainings, and classes, we can co-create specially formulated, powerful conversations that bring unique perspectives together to focus on specific topics.
