Operations and Member Coordinator
Lisa Dame serves as the Operations and Member Coordinator at the Digital Transformation Center. With more than eight years of experience across academic, government, and municipal sectors, Lisa brings a strong background in operations, process optimization, and customer service. Before joining the DTC, she worked at the University of Dayton’s Roesch Library, where she managed high-volume workflows, maintained complex inventory systems, and collaborated with faculty, staff, and external partners. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to operational excellence help create a welcoming and efficient environment for DTC members, guests, and collaborators.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys volunteering at her local food bank and pursuing creative hobbies. She loves organizing spaces, crocheting, and creating handmade crafts. She brings that same creativity and thoughtful approach to her work at the DTC every day.
