Principal Workforce Development and Leadership.
Brian LaDuca serves as Principal of Workforce Development and Leadership at the Digital Transformation Center, where he helps develop workforce and leadership initiatives that prepare individuals and organizations to adapt to emerging technologies and changing industry needs. His work focuses on connecting technology with the skills, leadership, and practical capabilities people need to successfully navigate digital transformation.
Brian brings a unique background spanning education, leadership, and the arts. He holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton, an MFA in Theatre Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BFA in Directing and Producing for Theatre and Stage from the University of Nebraska.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Susie, and their three children, Angelo, Quin, and Giada. He can often be found cheering on his kids at their sporting events, visiting colleges with his high schoolers, or staying connected with his Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity brothers from the University of Illinois.
